Hosting a round
How hosts book a professional
Create a free account
Sign up at no cost. A Closers account is required to browse golfer rates and availability, which keeps the platform private and ensures golfers know who they're meeting. The account itself is always free.
Browse and select a golfer
Filter by credential tier, location, and occasion type. Each profile shows tour history, verified credentials, and reviews from previous engagements. Rates are displayed in full once you're signed in. No surprises.
Send a booking request
Submit your preferred date, course, occasion type, group size, and any notes for the golfer. This is not a charge, it's a request. The golfer reviews your submission and typically responds within 24 hours.
Golfer accepts, you're confirmed
Once the golfer accepts, the engagement is confirmed. You'll receive all relevant details. Payment is arranged directly with the golfer; online payments are coming to the platform soon.
Play the round
Your golfer joins as a guest or client companion. They read greens, share course management, and carry the room, so you can focus on your clients.
Leave a review
After the round, you'll be prompted to leave a review. This feeds directly into each golfer's standing on the platform and helps the next host make the right choice.

How golfers get approved and earn
Apply with your credentials
Submit your playing history: tour cards held, tournament results, college program, amateur record, current handicap. You don't need active tour status. Elite amateurs and club professionals with strong competitive backgrounds qualify.
Our team reviews your application
We verify credentials directly through official tour databases and governing-body records. We do not rely on self-reported information. This typically takes two to five business days.
Ability review and interview
Approved applicants have their competitive scoring history reviewed and complete a structured concierge interview covering communication style, discretion, and client-service orientation. Both steps are required.
Your profile goes live
Once approved, you set your rates, weekly availability, and any blackout dates. Your profile is visible to hosts immediately. You control your schedule entirely.
Receive booking requests
Hosts send requests directly to your profile. You review the date, course, occasion, and group details, then accept or decline. No obligation. Only take engagements that work for you.
Build your review record
After each engagement, hosts leave a review. A strong review record increases your visibility on the platform and builds a body of work that speaks for itself.

Common host questions
A few things worth knowing
Yes. Rates are visible to signed-in members only. This keeps the platform private. Golfers know the people making requests are genuine hosts, not casual browsers.
In the current version, payment is arranged directly between you and the golfer after the booking is accepted. Online payments are coming to the platform soon. The rate shown on the profile is what you pay. No markup.
If a golfer cancels, you pay nothing and your account is unaffected. Contact our concierge and we will help you find available alternatives as quickly as possible.
