Tell us the course, date, confirmed tee time, and occasion, and confirm there is a spot in your foursome. A request is not a reservation, and nothing is charged.
We match by hand
A person looks for an approved professional who fits the round and confirms their availability and payout. We're vetting the founding roster now, so we confirm a match only when an approved professional fits your round.
You get an itemized quote
Once paid bookings open, your quote has up to three parts: the appearance price (the professional's payout plus Closers' service fee, which is 20% of the appearance price, so a $400 payout becomes a $500 appearance price), a $15 booking fee for non-members, and any course costs at cost. Confirm in writing

We review your record
We check your results against public sources (tour sites, event results, the PGA directory, GHIN or WAGR) where they exist, and ask for proof where they don't.

When a request fits you, it comes with the date, course and occasion. Decline anything that doesn't fit, as often as you like.
You approve the date and payout
You name your payout. Closers adds its fee on the client's side and never takes it out of your number. Say $400 and you're paid $400; the client's appearance price is $500, plus course costs. Tips are yours.

Playing professionals in Palm Beach County: tour and mini-tour players, PGA club and teaching professionals, and former college players who now play for pay. The founding roster is being built now, so we confirm a match only when an approved professional fits your round.
The most natural framing is hosting: you've arranged a guest who happens to be a professional. Your client gets an elevated round without any awkwardness. Think of it the way you'd think about booking premium hospitality. It's a gift, not a disclosure.
If you want it, say so in your request and we'll match a professional who teaches and quote it as a playing lesson. Otherwise, expect a strong playing partner who shares course management when it helps.

Paid rounds are for professionals. Accepting payment to play can end your amateur status under the USGA Rules of Amateur Status. If you still compete in USGA or state amateur events, check with your association before applying.
