How a quote is built
What your quote is made of
Once paid bookings open, your quote has up to three parts: the appearance price (the professional's payout plus Closers' service fee, which is 20% of the appearance price, so a $400 payout becomes a $500 appearance price), a $15 booking fee for non-members, and any course costs at cost. You see every line before you confirm. Course costs and tips carry no Closers fee. Paid bookings open once VantaTour, the company behind Closers, is registered. Nothing is charged through this site today.

What the appearance price includes
Included in the appearance price
- The professional's time for the full 18-hole round
- Course management and on-course presence
- Playing-lesson instruction, if you ask for it and it is quoted that way
- A professional who was checked and interviewed by hand before approval
Not included
- Green fee, cart, and required course costs, passed through at cost
- Caddie fees, range balls, meals, and beverages
- Tips, at your discretion, with no Closers fee
Is anything charged when I send a request?
No. A request is not a reservation. Paid bookings open once VantaTour, the company behind Closers, is registered. Nothing is charged through this site today.
Why is there a service fee?
Closers finds, vets, and matches the professional and handles the logistics by hand. The fee is 20% of the appearance price and is added on your side, so the professional is paid exactly the payout they named.
Does group size change the price?
A professional takes one spot in your foursome. If your event needs more than one professional, say so in the request and each is quoted separately.
Can I work to a budget?
Yes. Put your budget in the request. We only match professionals whose payout fits it, and the quote shows every line before you confirm.
Is there a membership?
Closers Club is a planned $29/month membership that would waive the booking fee and take $25 off one appearance each billing period, funded by Closers, never by the professional. It is not active today and nothing is charged.
